Refund policy

We are happy to take back any item within a 30 day window that you are not happy or satisfied with. If you wish to return an item during that time, it must be in its original condition and its original packaging. The item must not have been worn, washed or dry cleaned, and all original tags attached (if there were any) should still be on the product. If you return an item without first arranging it with us or return an item that has none of the tags or packaging that was original with it, then it will be returned to you, and you will still be charged . Customer is responsible for return shipping prices. If you wish to return something during the 30 day window, please contact us by phone number or by email. You will be given instructions on how to return the item and where to return it. One of a kind designs, made to order items and final sale items are non-returnable. Please read all of the description and measurements and make sure that what you’re ordering is something that you have done thorough research on beforehand. All products are made and stored in Smoke free clean environment.
