This is a one-of-a-kind design, and you will not find another one much like it as I made this myself The shrug is a size medium or  will fit a size 8  to a 10 . It is a jacket shrug with rounded, puffy sleeves with rooster feathers on them. Then the velvet sleeve comes down to a point and has lace all the way around the end in a pointed fashion covering your hand. The skirt stretches from a medium to large size and depending on how tall you are  it Can fit higher on the waist or lower on the waist .It can fit someone from 5 feet tall to probably 5 foot seven just depending on how long you want it to come down. The skirt is layered polyester black lace, and the short part has a little silk slip underneath . Wear it as it is or add a pair of leggings and boots and a top underneath. Great for partyware or festival wear  or for a special occasion. The bra and jewelry are not included. The shrug will fit a medium to a large.
The sleeves are 22 inches long from the top of your shoulder to middle of your hand .
